If you’ve been to AZREIA lately, you’ve probably noticed a theme: creative finance is back.
In prior AZREIA articles, I’ve written a lot about entity structures, deal mechanics, and how investors can protect themselves on the front end of transactions.
For most of my contributions to AZREIA, I focus on the nuts and bolts of dealmaking: contracts, LLC structures, lending terms, and all the fun (or sometimes not-so-fun) mechanics of real estate transactions.
