Fair Housing Training - LMS

Fair housing complaints are on the rise, and this is especially important for AZREIA members, who may not have a complete set of policies and procedures created to handle fair housing requests. We believe it’s a property owner/manager's obligation to, at the very least, be able to issue spots and be aware of fair housing issues as they arise. It’s ok to need help in understanding the nuances of fair housing, but a good business owner must be able to know when they are dealing with a fair housing issue.

We are here to help. What is the single best way to address potential fair housing issues? Training, and not just any training - targeted training.

A few months back we started working on a new project, and the timing could not have been any better given the rise in fair housing complaints. 

Some clients like to have a once-a-year in-person training with a Zona Law attorney and get a certificate of attendance, and others use a national training program to review fair housing laws.
