Joe’s love of real estate started while he was in High School with his mom cleaning beach cottages on Long Island Beach, New Jersey. When he moved to Arizona after college in 2001, he bought his first investment property in Tempe, which he still owns and rents out today.
His portfolio consists of single-family, multi-family, and condo units. As an active Arizona Real Estate Agent; he specializes in finding diamonds in the rough, value add properties and cash flowing opportunities. Joe is passionate about real estate investing and provides first class service to all of clients.
He currently manages and owns a portfolio of 25 properties, all in the Phoenix metro region.
He also owns two 4plexes and sits on the board of the HOA ensuring the properties are managed properly and equitably for investors. Joe’s niche has evolved into the specialized leasing knowledge of Section 8 and other government-funded programs to provide a consistent cash flow through every economical season. He believes that a systematic approach to the daily functions of property operations has proven to be the key to a successful business.

Stuart Gethner was born in Chicago to a family of real estate professionals. His undergraduate degree and graduate degree were in the field of Business and Pharmacology. He moved to Phoenix,
Arizona over 35-years ago and as a true entrepreneur, Stuart started three different, very profitable independent pharmacies. So, for some years he has focused all his attention on his Real Estate investment practice. He sold all three companies, which are still in
business today.
As a successful real estate investor, Stuart wanted to share his knowledge with others and started teaching real estate courses for the state association, Arizona Real Estate Investors Association
(AZREIA) and 12 courses for the National REIA. In addition, Stuart is a Senior Instructor at the Commercial Real Estate Institute and the iNETprereneur Academy where he has taught on 10 DIFFERENT topics that OVER 20,000 STUDENTS have attended.
Stuart is also lead editor to the Phoenix Real Estate Agent magazine & National REIA Journal and was elected to the prestigious Forbes Real Estate Council for the second year in a row.
Stuart and his wife Stephanie live in Scottsdale, Arizona with two daughters, one son, and their dogs and a head of horses.
