Richard Julian Wrubel of Scottsdale, Arizona, is a real estate developer and mobile home park operator with over 20 years of experience and $200M+ in transactions and management.
With roots in architecture and construction, Richard brings a unique, design-minded perspective to private lending—balancing precision, creativity, and risk management.
He holds a B.A. in Art History from Skidmore College, studied architecture in San Francisco, and apprenticed with both a renowned architect and master builder in Nantucket, Massachusetts.
Outside of real estate, Richard enjoys photography, hiking, yoga, and hosting a weekly real estate mastermind for local investors.
