2. Membership Information

Types of Membership: Individual

Membership Fees and Payment Terms: Membership fees renew on an annual or monthly basis, depending on the plan you choose.

Duration of Membership: 1 year (365 days) from payment of dues for annual membership and 1 month from pyament of dues for monthly membership.

Benefits of Membership: Access to exclusive membership benefits.

Termination and Renewal Policies: Membership can be terminated at any time. Full refunds are available up to one week (7 days) after payment of membership. Partial refunds after this period will not be made. Members can renew at any time, with autorenewal available.

Communication Consent: By becoming a member of AZREIA, you agree to receive email and SMS communications from AZREIA regarding your membership, events, and educational opportunities that will enhance your membership experience.

5. Event Participation

Rules for Attending and Participating in Events

Registration: Required for all events.

Cancellation: Allowable at all times. Refunds may be requested in full up to five (5) days prior to the event. 50% refund may be requested between four (4) and two (2) days prior to the event. 24 hours to the time of the event start, a refund for 25% may be requested. At any point your event registration fee may be transferred to another AZREIA event(s) for equal value. Refund status is based on original purchase date and associated event, not any event that registration may have been transferred to for equal value. Extenuating circumstances can be made on a case-by-case basis.

Conduct: Professional conduct is expected from all attendees. Each event or group may have specific rules, but professional demeanor is required at all times.

Communication Consent: By attending an event or purchasing online education from AZREIA, you agree to receive email and SMS communications from AZREIA regarding similar educational opportunities and events in the future.

Liability Disclaimers for Events: AZREIA does not render legal, tax, economic, or investment advice. The Association does not investigate its members nor vouch for their honesty, integrity, reliability, motives, or resources. Attendees should consult their own counsel, accountant, and other advisors regarding risks and other matters concerning real estate investments.
