Are There Multiple Levels to Business Associate Membership?
Yes. Our Premier Business Associate Membership is $4,000 per year. This includes all of the benefits listed above. Our Dues & Choose Membership is $875 (Phoenix) or $500 (Tucson) for the year and that only includes the referrals to members and the listing on our Business Associate page. Each of the other benefits listed above are available to add on to your membership for an additional cost.
What Kind of Education and Sponsorship Opportunities Will I Get?
The mission of AZREIA is to provide our members with the education, market information, support and netowrking opportunities to futher the member's ability to successfully invest in real estate. Our Business Associates are a pivotal part of living up to that mission statement. The types of opportunities you could encounter are invitations to be a panelist at a monthly meeting, a guest speaker at any of our subgroup meetings, the invitation to be a guest speaker, sponsor, or educator at an event, a co-branded product provider, or a sponsor to a targeted educational event that would give you access to qualified customers looking for your products and services. The opportunities are not limited to this list and we are regularly coming up with new ideas with our Business Associates to further adhere to our mission to serve and support our members in any way possible.
Does This Include AZREIA Membership?
Yes. Business Associate Membership includes one free Premium Membership with AZREIA.
How Can I Get a Vendor Table at The Monthly Meetings?
Vendor Tables are only available to Premier Business Associates. They are currently unavailable as our vendor area at the meetings is full. Other opportunities are currently being given to Premier Business Associates to replace the Vendor Table, so if you're interested, reach out to us and we can come up with something that will benefit your company just as much!
Vendor Tables are NOT available on a monthly basis or to Dues & Choose Members.
What Kind of Referrals Will I Get?
AZREIA's staff and subgroup leaders are trained to recommend our Business Associates first and foremost to anyone who asks them for a referral. Our Business Associates go through an application process that includes looking into the companies reputation and potentially reaching out to referrals to ensure they will be a quality provider to our members. Because of this, our community reveres Business Associates to be a higher-tier provider for investors than other providers. This reputation will transfer to you upon becoming a Business Associate with AZREIA so you will now be on our list of trusted providers available to our members and the general public.
