We are a residential architecture firm. We dream big and we know that, like the buildings we design, we also need to be grounded in reality. Our firm offers research services, high design, and technical construction documentation.
All our projects begin with a property analysis where we review the zoning and building code regulations that affect what can be built on a property. This helps many of our investor clients, both who own single and multi-family real estate, see the full development potential of their existing properties and ones they are considering developing. Even if the intent is not to build right away, you might uncover something special about what you already own, maybe add a unit or bedroom without purchasing something new. Or you might see that the high-priced duplex you wanted to purchase might actually be an underpriced fourplex property. As architects, we believe strongly that our designs can maximize the value of a home or multi-family property. Typically, homes designed by architects sell for more than those not designed by architects, and that additional value far exceeds our fees. We tested this with a fix and flip that we worked on where we did what was best for the property, design-wise, and we sold for higher than any other home in the area. We do offer a full range of services from zoning research, floor plan design, detailed 3D digital renderings and animations, construction documents, permit submittals, and construction observation.
