At this time, when many are sitting on the sideline waiting to see how the market settles, this research service can be an intelligent use of time and resources even if the intent is not to build right away. You might uncover something special about what you already own, maybe add a unit or bedroom without purchasing something new.
As architects, we believe strongly that our designs can maximize the value of a home or multi-family property. Typically, homes designed by architects sell for more than those not designed by architects, and that additional value far exceeds our fees. We tested this with a fix and flip that we worked on where we did what was best for the property, design-wise, and we sold for higher than any other home in the area.
We do offer a full range of services from research (as mentioned above), floor plan design, detailed 3D digital renderings and animations, construction documents, permit submittals, and construction observation.
