Fix & Flip Bus Tour and Training

Join us for a full weekend of in– and out-of-classroom experiences to learn the basics of fix and flipping. This is a hands-on experience to help you actually see the process in-person! If you’ve ever considered fix and flipping, or perhaps you want to advance your flipping skills, this is THE event for you!

Our educator's fix and flip experience gives them the ability to share flipping wisdom that can save you time and money on your own fix and flip investments. Don’t miss this chance to learn from the pros! We will spend a day in-classroom learning about the different things you should know as a fix and flipper. Then, we will physically tour (walk-through) and analyze 2-3 properties in the Greater Phoenix Metro Area from a Fix & Flip Perspective. We will then head back to the AZREIA Offices for lunch and in-classroom analyzation of those properties with your new skills!
