A former engineer, he left the corporate world to build a cash flow portfolio with his wife Maria, and since their first rental in 2008 they have put together single family, student, lease option and sober living rentals, with a HomeVestors franchise adding wholesaling and fix and flip on top. This month he sits down for a fireside chat on what is actually working in this market.
