What We Do

AZREIA is the only REIA in Arizona that is a certified official chapter of the National Real Estate Investors Association. This means all of our members have access to exclusive national discounts with businesses that will help your and your investing, no matter your experience or strategy. On top of these national discounts, AZREIA members have access to more education and networking opportunities than any other real estate investing group in the state.

Terms

The Nitty Gritty

Eligibility: The referral program is open to current AZREIA members who are in good standing with the organization.

Rewards: For each new member that is referred by a current member and signs up for an annual membership (“successful referral”), the current member will receive a $20 credit towards the AZREIA store. 5-9 successful referrals will also receive an AZREIA t-shirt and $50 gift card. More than 10 successful referrals will receive an AZREIA t-shirt, the accumulated store credit, and a $500 gift card. There is no limit to the number of referrals a member can make.

Timing: The referral program will run in perpetuity to continue to reward our members the $20 store credit for each successful referral through their affiliate links. This member drive with tiered prizes will run for a period of one months, from April 1 to April 30.

Referral process: To refer a new member, the current member must provide the new member with a unique referral link that is generated through their AZREIA account. The new member must use this link to sign up for a paid annual membership in order for the current member to receive credit.

Tracking referrals: AZREIA will track referrals through the unique referral links provided by current members. Members will be able to log in to their account to see how many referrals they have made and how many credits they have earned.

Reward distribution: Members will receive their referral credits via email within 60 days of the new member signing up for an annual membership. Tiered rewards will be awarded at the end of the drive period, starting April 30.

Other terms: AZREIA reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, and may disqualify members who violate the terms of the program or engage in fraudulent behavior. Store credits earned through the referral program have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other members.

AZREIA, Arizona Real Estate Investors Association, is a professional association that exists to serve the needs of independent real estate investors. We provide market information and analysis, education, networking opportunities, implementation guidance, and support to assist our members in achieving success in real estate investing. Since our founding in 2002, we have helped thousands of real estate investors.

  • We believe real estate investing can help anyone achieve their financial goals. Success is a process and real estate investing over the long-term can provide exceptional results. Your results are dependent on your commitment to success and the effort you put forth in addition to market factors both seen and unseen. Not everyone is willing to commit and do what is necessary (legally, ethically and morally) to succeed. We do not believe in “get rich quick”! Will real estate investing solve my problem?

Most people consider investing in real estate as a way to solve an issue or issues in their life. The good news is real estate investing can work for anyone. So, the quick answer to the question is yes, real estate investing is a good way to solve many financial issues.

The bad news is many times a person will not take the necessary steps to ensure success in real estate investing. So, while real estate investing will work for anyone, it will not work for everyone.
