  • Membership Fees and Payment Terms: Membership fees renew on an annual basis.
  • Duration of Membership: 1 year
  • Benefits of Membership: Access to exclusive membership benefits.
  • Termination and Renewal Policies: Membership can be terminated at any time. Full refunds are available up to one week (7 days) after payment of membership. Partial refunds after this period will not be made.  Members can renew at any time, with autorenewal available.
  • Communication Consent: By becoming a member of AZREIA, you agree to receive email and SMS communications from AZREIA regarding your membership, events, and educational opportunities that will enhance your membership experience.

  3. No Spamming or Self-Promotion: Refrain from excessive promotional content, advertisements, or spam. Self-promotion is allowed within reasonable limits.

  5. Share Knowledge: Encourage valuable insights, experiences, and resources related to real estate investing.

Rules for Attending and Participating in Events

  1. Registration: Required for all events.
  2. Cancellation: Allowable at all times. Refunds may be requested in full up to five (5) days prior to the event. 50% refund may be requested between four (4) and two (2) days prior to the event. 24 hours to the time of the event start, a refund for 25% may be requested. At any point your event registration fee may be transferred to another AZREIA event(s) for equal value. Refund status is based on original purchase date and associated event, not any event that registration may have been transferred to for equal value. Extenuating circumstances can be made on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Conduct: Professional conduct is expected from all attendees. Each event or group may have specific rules, but professional demeanor is required at all times.

Communication Consent

By attending an event or purchasing online education from AZREIA, you agree to receive email and SMS communications from AZREIA regarding similar educational opportunities and events in the future.

 

Liability Disclaimers for Events

AZREIA does not render legal, tax, economic, or investment advice. The Association does not investigate its members nor vouch for their honesty, integrity, reliability, motives, or resources. AZREIA, Arizona Real Estate Investors Association, is a professional association that exists to serve the needs of independent real estate investors. We provide market information and analysis, education, networking opportunities, implementation guidance, and support to assist our members in achieving success in real estate investing. Since our founding in 2002, we have helped thousands of real estate investors.

  • We believe real estate investing can help anyone achieve their financial goals. Success is a process and real estate investing over the long-term can provide exceptional results. Your results are dependent on your commitment to success and the effort you put forth in addition to market factors both seen and unseen. Not everyone is willing to commit and do what is necessary (legally, ethically and morally) to succeed. We do not believe in “get rich quick”! Will real estate investing solve my problem?

Most people consider investing in real estate as a way to solve an issue or issues in their life. The good news is real estate investing can work for anyone. So, the quick answer to the question is yes, real estate investing is a good way to solve many financial issues.
