Monthly Membership Meetings offered in Phoenix and Tucson give you the opportunity 11 months of every year to attend to understand the current market conditions, network with like-minded investors, and learn.
SUBGROUP MEETINGS
Subgroup Meetings are specific, strategy-based smaller group meetings in areas such as beginning investors, rental/income producing property, fix and flip, wholesaling, notes, and more. Subgroup meetings are where you network, exchange information, discuss current trends, and help each other solve problems.
PHOENIX REAL ESTATE CLUB
Phoenix Real Estate Club Meetings are a structured networking evening designed to make things happen. This is the original home of the popular Haves & Wants session in Arizona and along with Power Networking and Deal Sharing this meeting has become known for helping investors solve their current needs.

The Phoenix meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of the month. These meetings are full of education, information, and networking.

TUCSON MONTHLY MEETING
The Tucson meeting is held the Tuesday after the Phoenix Monthly Meeting each month. These meetings are full of education, information, and networking.
Investor-to-Investor Networking and dynamic Haves & Wants are an important part of the Tucson AZREIA meeting. This is your chance to meet local investors, ask for what you need, and share what you have. Deal of the Month is your chance to find out what your local investors are doing and how they are doing it. Don’t miss this opportunity!

PHOENIX SUBGROUP MEETINGS
Beginning Investors Subgroup
The Beginning/New Investor subgroup, led by AZREIA member Mike Del Prete, meets the second Thursday of the month. Join other new investors in a small group setting to share ideas, ask questions, and network. Mike may bring in guest speakers to provide you additional information on a wide area of topics. This subgroup is geared for the new investor (less than 3 deals).
Fix and Flip Subgroup
Join us each month for an incredible and jam-packed agenda: Networking, Mortgage Update, Lending Update, Title Update, Market Update (We share what we see in the market along with reviewing what the “experts” are saying), Deal Success (How you found it, margins, work needed, comps, how you comped, who did the work, cost for items such as tile, cabinets, etc), Help Me with My Fix and Flip (We all provide our assistance to make your project a success), and Contractor Corner (Share contacts and connections for good contractors and suppliers of services).
Income Property Owners (Buy and Hold) Subgroup
The Income Property Owners (Buy and Hold) Subgroup meets the first Thursday of the month. From 5:00-6:00pm is open networking (live meetings). The presentation or formal discussion is from 6:00 – 8:30pm. Join this group of active rental property owners and landlords who discuss issues, strategies and solutions. Network with new and experienced landlords. Education and guest speakers are an important part of this group.
Notes Subgroup
Learn about investing in promissory notes secured by real estate. You will learn the difference between performing and non-performing notes as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each. You will have the opportunity to network and do business with other note investors. Come join us in the paper side of real estate where you become the bank.
Arizona Women in Real Estate Subgroup (AZWIRE)
Join us for the Arizona Women in Real Estate (AZWIRE) group! This is a community of women within the AZREIA community to hold each other up to enrich and empower each other to find success in our investing. We created this community for accountability, networking, and a place to share experiences and resources. All experiences and investing styles are welcome.
Burley’s Raising Capital Subgroup
This subgroup focuses on sharing experiences and further developing techniques taught in Burley training. Join other Investors in the Phoenix area to share ideas, experiences, ask questions and grow together.

Multi-Family Investors Subgroup
Come learn how large multifamily assets are different from small ones. Here we’ll discuss everything from finding the asset to managing the manager to determining your exit strategy. And there are different ways to profit from a multifamily deal, by collecting acquisition fees, participating as a key principle, or investing as a limited partner.
Experienced Real Estate Investor Happy Hour
Grab a glass of wine and talk real estate investing with other experienced investors. If you have questions or have a specific need, come and ask, most likely someone will be able to help you!
Financial Independence through Real Estate (F.I.R.E.)
Learn how to create Financial Freedom through Real Estate in this 6 part series. This course includes the basics of financial literacy, with an emphasis on investing in real estate. From budgeting, borrowing, savings and spending, knowing your FIRE type, getting out of debt, increasing income and investing, this fun and interactive series will help you build the knowledge, resources and relationships to help get you to FIRE faster. Ages 13+ and all experience levels welcome.

Our vision is to get new investors into action: saving capital, learning the market and doing deals.
