Due to the Coronavirus, the cities that have grown in population due to their amenities, entertainment, job availability and more are experiencing a halt in all of these things because of government shutdowns. As a result, people are becoming more aware of the risks of living in high density areas and have begun to inquire about rural and small town areas. Maybe, due to mass self-quarantining, people are realizing that they can live without these big city amenities and the potential of living in a less dense area seems less obscure. Reasons like these have contributed to these massive spikes in pageviews for these lower density areas.
