He actually secured his first deal by cold calling sellers on Craigslist, (yup Craigslist). Thanks to his mentor, Sean Terry, he crafted a lucrative joint venture and completed his first wholesale deal, while still working full time at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Four years later, Brandon was COO at Sean Terry’s company and had inked 400+ wholesale transactions creating more than $4 million in wholesale fees.
