Notes Subgroup
AZREIA Office 4527 N 16th St #105, Phoenix, AZIn the AZREIA Notes Sub Group you will learn about investing in promissory notes secured by real estate. You will learn the difference between performing and non-performing notes as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each. You will have the opportunity to network and do business with other note investors.
We also pride ourselves in being our own mentoring group, learning from each other. We bring in industry experts as guest speakers so you can learn about things like IRA investing, insurance requirements, title and escrow processes, methods used by successful note investors, etc. Come join us in the paper side of real estate where you become the bank.
