Phoenix landlords- if you own rentals outside of phoenix might be of interest as well. I use H3 Landlord for my evictions if needed, I love the documents section of their website and recommend their lease and other documents often.

We provide market information and analysis, education, networking opportunities, implementation guidance, and support to assist our members in achieving success in real estate investing. Will real estate investing solve my problem?

Most people consider investing in real estate as a way to solve an issue or issues in their life. The good news is real estate investing can work for anyone. So, the quick answer to the question is yes, real estate investing is a good way to solve many financial issues.
