CASHFLOW 101 is the entrepreneurial adult version of Monopoly. Actually, it’s like Monopoly on steroids. The board game simulates real-life experiences and opportunities by teaching what you need to do to create financial independence in your life (how to Get Out of the Rat Race) thru Business Ownership and/or Real Estate Investing.

Michael Del Prete – A full-time real estate investor and an all-around problem solver, Michael Del Prete are known for providing top-of-the-line advice and strategies to help both new and experienced investors achieve tangible results that create cash flow. Prior to real estate investing, Michael held leadership positions in the Mortgage and Wireless industries. He is the Executive Director of the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association, podcast co-host for the AZREIA Show, a wholesaler, landlord, and consultant Airbnb Superhost and holds his own rental portfolio. He has completed over 400 real estate transactions in the last seven years. He is a member of AZREIA as well as the AMA (AZ Multi-Housing Association). Michael has authored several eBooks and has been a guest on several national podcasts discussing various real estate investing topics.

Leo Scott – Leo is a master facilitator of the cashflow 101 games. For the last nine years, Leo has been hosting the longest-running cashflow meetup in Arizona. Leo ran the first official Rich Dad CASHFLOW Club when Robert and Kim were creating a franchise system. In the past, he’s had the privilege to invite his group to participate in live recordings with Robert and Kim Kiyosaki.

Leo currently hosts cashflow 101 and 202 games each week and takes his group to new heights of expanding their financial learning every single game so that they take away a new understanding about how to make their money grow.

AZREIA, Arizona Real Estate Investors Association, is a professional association that exists to serve the needs of independent real estate investors. We provide market information and analysis, education, networking opportunities, implementation guidance, and support to assist our members in achieving success in real estate investing. Since our founding in 2002, we have helped thousands of real estate investors.

  • We believe real estate investing can help anyone achieve their financial goals. Success is a process and real estate investing over the long-term can provide exceptional results. Will real estate investing solve my problem?

Most people consider investing in real estate as a way to solve an issue or issues in their life. The good news is real estate investing can work for anyone. So, the quick answer to the question is yes, real estate investing is a good way to solve many financial issues.

The bad news is many times a person will not take the necessary steps to ensure success in real estate investing. So, while real estate investing will work for anyone, it will not work for everyone.
