I’m Allie and am in the works of starting my real estate journey under my company, Lucrosphere. A little about me: an experienced entrepreneur and heavily business oriented with a passion for operational success. I have both hard and soft skills in business fundamentals including operations, management and administration and have worked in consumer lending.
I am highly interested in creative deals/financing and have had major personal success with it on my own personal properties and am ready to take the leap on a professional level to break free from the clock for good! My name is Daniel Kim and I am currently a full-time Design Engineer specializing in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Though the path of being a full-time W-2 is a blessing despite all the significant tech layoffs occurring nationwide, I wish to proactively submerge myself with the concept of F.I.R.E. Obtaining various streams of income, passive and active what my ultimate goal. I am completely new to real estate investing and am still learning the various vocabularies that the other members use. I am unsure of my overall path, however fix-and-flips and rentals seem to trigger my interest. That does not mean, however, that I am crossing off other opportunities and niches, opportunities to learn.
I recently became a registered member of AZREIA, and hope to expose myself to the community to not only become a part of a team with the same intentions – F.I.R.E, but also to grow and expand my passive and active source of income.
I would love to connect with everyone and even arrange meetings to get to know more about this realm of real estate investing. I would love to gain opportunities in shadowing, even just seeing what day in the life, should there be a chance.

My name is Henry Valenzuela. I’ve owned a rental property for over 20 years and just recently bought another. I would like to build my portfolio to include more rental properties as well as other ventures.
